The Chocolate Yogi’s Vegan Bounty Bliss Bowl

When is chocolate for breakfast never a good idea? Exactly. This Bounty Bliss Bowl recipe makes that case particularly true, since it’s a vegan number packed with antioxidants. The Chocolate Yogi ambassador Liv Lundelius has kindly shared this recipe with us as she thinks it’s a much better start to your day than sugar-loaded cereal. Your new morning go-to for 2018, maybe? Bounty Bliss Bowl recipe

1 handful red kale
1 frozen banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp raw vegan protein powder (optional)
Half a bar The Chocolate Yogi’s ‘Happy Thoughts’
1 cup rice milk (or almond milk)
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy

Top with…
Dried coconut
Berries in season and the remaining chocolate bar squares
