With the stunning surrounds of De Bortoli’s Yarra Valley vineyard as a backdrop, on May 5, Collective Hub, in partnership with De Bortoli Wines, held a gourmet dining experience – an event brimming with business wisdom, lot of laughs and, of course, top-notch wine.
Head chef Adam Mead presented a three-course meal that triumphantly celebrated Yarra Valley’s local produce, while De Bortoli’s chief winemaker, Steve Webber, paired each course with wine, including the popular La Bohème Rosé. Our founder and editor-in-chief Lisa Messenger, along with Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve, hosted the day, as readers and close friends wined and dined while hearing insights from the most recent Collective Hub journey.
