After a week of gloomy weather, the heavens smiled upon the stunning Jansz Tasmania Vineyard as the sun dazzled over our intimate and delicious luncheon of 70 guests (you’ll want the recipe for the roasted quail and ancient grain salad, trust us), all there to indulge in delectable sparkling wines and enchanting tales from Jansz Tasmania.
It was an incredibly special day, as the first Collective Hub event to take place in Tasmania. Lisa Messenger, Collective Hub’s Founder, CEO and Editor-in-Chief, led a conversation with the experts from Jansz Tasmania: Louisa Rose (head of winemaking), Jen Doyle (vigneron) and Maxine Harris (wine room manager). Louisa, Jen and Maxine shared the secrets of both the science and the passion that goes into creating their premium sparkling wines; from detailing Méthode Tasmanoise (the way in which Jansz Tasmania sparkling wines are made) to sharing the history and sentimental stories of the brand.
A very special thanks to all of the contributors to this event:
Holly Hipwell of The Flower Drum for the radiant blooms and styling, Hubert & Dan for the mouth-watering catering, Cocobean Chocolate for the delightful truffle boxes each lucky guest took home (along with a bottle of Jansz Tasmania Premium Cuvée), Event Avenue for the furniture and AV, Lawrence Furzey for photographing the event and Adhesive PR. Finally, a thank you to the whole Jansz Tasmania team for being such wonderful hosts, divulging so many secrets behind the brand and for inviting us all into their unique workplace – a truly sparkling world.
