After delving into the weird and wonderful world of Hendrick’s Gin in Issue 24, we’ve taken a peek into their ‘Treasury of Tipples’ for some Friday cocktail inspiration.

Peel your cucumbers, chill your ice and enjoy these three drinks with a twist…



45ml Hendrick’s Gin
90ml Tomato Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Tabasco
2 Dashes of Worcester Sauce
1 Dash of Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Pinch of Sea Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Celery Salt and Celery Seed
5ml Ruby Port
1 Sprig Basil and a Cucumber Spear.

Assemble ingredients in a glass with ice and stir. Strain into an iced long glass and float with a thin layer of port.



500ml Hendrick’s Gin
200ml Lemon Juice
70ml Elderflower Cordial
30ml Maraschino Liqueur
20ml Lovage Cordial
1000ml Cloudy Apple Juice

Combine all ingredients together in large punch bowl, plant pot, tea pot, or any other suitable vessel. Add plenty of summer fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cucumber, lemon wheels) and a handful of ice. Serve in tea cups over cubed ice.



1 sprig thyme
¼ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz cucumber simple syrup
1 ½ oz Hendricks Gin
3.5 oz white grape juice

Muddle the thyme, add lime juice, syrup and gin to shaker, shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Fill glass to the top with while grape juice, stir and garnish.
