Whether you love it, hate it, or hate to love it, you can’t deny that coffee helps the world go round, pepping up the workforce every day and sending them on their way. More recently, research justified our habit by noting its potential health benefits.
One negative side to getting your regular caffeine hit, though, is the staining of your pearly whites. A quick stroll down a chemist aisle will reveal a myriad of products claiming to return your chompers to their former blinding-white glory.
Now, a company by the name of CLR CFF (pronounced clear coffee) has created the world’s first colourless coffee drink, to give you that caffeine hit minus the teeth stain.
Founded by London-based brother-duo David and Adam Nagy, it is unclear how the process actually works, the pair opting to keep the secret close to their chests, claiming the coffee “is produced by methods which have never been used before. Due to this combination of technology and high-quality ingredients, a drink has been developed which is unique in taste and flavour. Our product does not contain preservatives, artificial flavours, stabilisers, sugar or any other sweeteners.”
Unfortunately, it is currently only available in the UK both online and in select supermarkets, like Whole Foods and Selfridges. But we have a feeling it won’t take long to cross the borders and into our mitts.
