Collective Hub x G Adventures

Collective Hub has once again teamed up with G Adventuresthe world’s biggest small group tour operator, to give our community the chance to experience a trip to Peru featuring our editor-in-chief, Lisa Messenger. As 2017 is set to be the year of travelling with intent, we bring you the chance to embark on a tour from the Amazon to the Andes to rediscover, regroup and refocus.

Along with the unmistakable beauty of this part of the world, this adventure will be an endless discovery of contrasts across scenery, wildlife and cultures. Whether you’re scanning the canopy for wildlife from the comfort of the intimate and exclusive G Lodge Amazon, walking the Lares trek through Inca villages, being left in ore at the sight of Machu Picchu, buying local crafts at Sacred Valley markets, or devouring seafood in Lima, you’ll be taken on a truly once-in-a-lifetime journey.

As part of your trip, you’ll visit three G Adventures for Good projects. At the Women’s Weaving Co-op in the Ccaccaccollo community you’ll witness how G Adventures is keeping ancient weaving traditions alive. In the Sacred Valley you’ll enjoy lunch at Parwa Restaurant from which all income earned is used for investment in social projects for the community. While settling into the mountain ranges on the Lares Trek at the Lares Community Campsite you can rest easy knowing your stay is supporting social projects such as health, education, food and infrastructure improvements to water and electricity in the valley’s communities.

While experienced guides will cover the cultural aspects of your trip, you’ll also be treated to priceless personal guidance offered by Lisa Messenger, who will spend three days hosting workshops on finding your purpose and helping you put it into practice, as well as fielding your questions on uncovering your ‘why’ and focusing on your personal development.

The Lisa Messenger Program

A big believer in purpose and finding your ‘why’, Lisa has dedicated 2017 to embracing travel as a key vehicle for making this happen. She will embark on this trip for three whole days, talking to you about what it means to find your purpose and giving you the tools to help you achieve want you want out of business and in life. This includes meet and greets, breakout sessions, as well as a Q&A session.

I’d love to go on one of these trips with Lisa. Will there be another trip this year aside from the ‘Amazon to the Andes’?
